Our advice is based on the information provided by the client, and ultimate business decisions remain the client's responsibility.

Consultation Booking & Payment

All consultation bookings require upfront payment to secure your slot. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.

Cancellation & Rescheduling by Client

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. All cancellations are subject to a 3-day review period to assess eligibility for rescheduling.

• Rescheduling: We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no extra charge if you contact us at least 3 days in advance. Rescheduling requests with less than 3 days' notice will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full consultation fee will be charged, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Cancellation by 3z Capital

In the rare event that 3z Capital needs to cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and offer the option to reschedule at your convenience.

Refunds

All payments for consultation services are strictly non-refundable.
